Billy's Driver fires linked Flechette Guns at Rene, missing with both.
He drops another Mine.
Travis makes no reply and thus no action, but his Paint does ignite into a Flame Cloud. The cloud damages all of his FP armor except the Underbody. His front left hub takes damage and his back left guard takes damage.
There is oil under the cloud that also ignites, doing damage to his front left and both back tires as well as the Underbody. An obstacle is dropped.
Rene drops Ice and Mines.
