First, a small correction... Someone I drug Joseph's layer (I use Photoshop - each car, each counter period, is its own layer) and moved his car on top of the column. I've put it back where it is supposed to be. Thankfully I had sent him a screen shot showing his last D2 left and where it would put him. I managed to move him BACK to that spot, then duplicate his last movement.

Billy's Gunner makes a Point Blank shot at Rene's front right tire, hitting it and taking the wheel. Rene drops an obstacle and is out of control. Mobility kill on Rene for -20 points and +20 points to Billy.
Billy also drops another Mine.

Joseph maintains 60.
